Goals for 2nd district

The 2nd District is a gateway into our City. I will work to highlight the District as a desirable place to live. 

I will work to identify areas for beautification projects such as additional lighting and better use of green space.

Partner with the WPD and WFD to identify/rectify safety concerns within the District.  

Support and acknowledge the businesses in our district.

Our community has to work together to address gun violence in the District.  

As a supporter of affordable housing, I will advocate for affordable housing within the District.

I will fight for programs that would assist homeowners and renters in maintaining the beauty of their residences.

Work with housing agencies to educate renters on how to become homeowners. 

Provide programs to educate homeowners on basic home repairs.

Support City programs that would assist homeowners with costly repairs.
